Michael’s approach was both personal and professional in negotiations between seller and buyer. He assisted us in communication with the tenant so they were not inconvenienced in any way. His vast experience in real estate proved invaluable in obtaining a good price for our property.

Your Review Michael Sunderland has done it once again selling our Upper Mt Gravatt property, getting a great result. His communication throughout the process is of a high standard. His years of Real Estate experience gives him the edge on other agents due to the knowledge and history of local areas he's acquired over time . We've bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have always listed them with Michael. We've always been extremely happy with the sale prices he's achieved for us. When I say this, I'm talking as far back as the 1990's when things weren't booming like they have been for the last so many years and agents had to work so hard to get a sale. He works hard and never stops. An old school agent who makes himself available anytime. That's what we love about Michael 🙂
